These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Glōwketing (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or any data within it.
  • Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates the policies of connected platforms (e.g., Instagram, Meta).

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Clerk, Netlify, Meta, PostHog, and Sentry) and integrates with platforms such as Instagram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glōwketing and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
